Purpose: To identify outstanding members of the hospitality industry who have demonstrated professionalism in performing their jobs and have contributed to the positive image of the Hospitality and Tourism Industry in Rhode Island. Eligibility: Any employer or employee of a restaurant, caterer, lodging, vendor, or tourism property who is an active member of the RI Hospitality Association. Submission: This application must be completed either by the nominator or the nominee to assist in the evaluation of candidates for the Stars of the Industry awards. In addition to this application, nominees are required to submit a letter of recommendation from their employer or a professional colleague. The completed application and letter of recommendation must be postmarked by Friday, August 5, 2011 and returned to:
