RI Hospitality Association conducts a Hotel Boot Camp several times per year. Participants will receive extensive classroom training, which will include hands-on activities and one week of work experience at a local hotel and the graduates will be qualified to start in an entry level position at your hotel.
They will be trained in the following areas:
- Front Desk
- Housekeeping
- Restaurant/Banquet Servers
Graduates will also have the opportunity to earn American Hotel Lodging Educational Institute Industry Certifications:
- Front Desk Representative
- Guest Room Attendant
- Restaurant Server
- Guest Service Gold
