Job Description
We are looking for skilled Front Counter Staff to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers. The goal is to provide an excellent overall guest experience.
Front Counter Job Responsibilities:
*Provide excellent customer service that promotes satisfaction.
*Greet customers with smile and provide Legendary Service.
*Make recommendations or share additional information upon request.
*Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products.
*Arrange table settings and maintain a clean working environment to include the front kitchen, dining room, tables, chairs, patio, garbages, bathrooms and outside lots.
*Check products for quality and correct any problems that keep them from enjoying their meal/drink.
*Conduct accurate cash handling procedures.
*Cooperate with all front and kitchen staff.
*Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.
Requirements:
*2+ years of customer service experience preferred, but not required.
*Greet customers with smile and provide Legendary Service.
*Problem solving and decision making skills.
*Service orientation and excellent organizational skills.
*Hands on experience with cash register and any ordering information system.
*Active listening and effective communication competencies.
*High school diploma.
*Tips included as additional pay. Average is around $4.00-$6.00/hr
