Sous Chef Block Island National Hotel

Job Description:

Summer seasonal work on Block Island, RI in high volume restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Assist Chef in overall running of the kitchen including but not limited to working the line throughout service, training and working with cooks, dishwashers and front of the house staff. Position is open from May through September with the possibility of winter work at our sister restaurant in Naples, FL.

Education Requirements:
High volume cooking experience necessary.
