Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR LINE COOKS: 

*Accurately and efficiently cook a variety of foods and dishes with menus designed to meet the pace of our breakfast, brunch and lunch business. 

*Consistently complies with our cooking methods and procedures. 

*Maintains absolute cleanliness and sanitary work station areas. 

*Loves the art of a beautiful garnish and amazing plate presentation. 

*Handles, stores and rotates all products properly. 

*Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed. 

*Assists others in closing the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR LINE COOKS:

*Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking a plus but not required. 

*Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds. 

*Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours). 

*Must be able to work weekends and holidays. 

*Ability to Speak, Read and Write English.
