RI High School Culinary Arts, Foodservice and Hotel Management Competition

About the Event

This is Rhode Island’s premier showcase for the next generation of hospitality leaders. Students enrolled in the ProStart® and Hospitality & Tourism Management® programs will compete in three dynamic categories:

• Culinary Arts
• Foodservice Management
• Hotel & Lodging Management

Students will put their skills to the test in front of industry professionals, competing for scholarships, prizes, and career-defining exposure. Two winning teams will go on to represent Rhode Island at the National ProStart Invitational in May, gaining national recognition and opportunities.
