Inspired by the seven nations visiting our region for this summer’s international games, Seven Nations, One Table features a vibrant lineup of globally inspired amuse‑bouche.
Each dish is crafted by a celebrity local chef paired with a Johnson & Wales University culinary student, blending world flavors with homegrown talent.
This event honors David DePetrillo, a founding member of the RI Hospitality Education Foundation and its Chairman for nearly 15 years. David believed wholeheartedly that hospitality thrives when its people thrive and he dedicated his career to opening doors for students who dreamed of being part of this industry.
His passion, leadership, and generosity shaped Rhode Island’s hospitality landscape, and the ripple effects of his work continue to impact students and businesses today.
