Join us in person at the Providence Marriott for a focused conversation on expanding Rhode Island’s hospitality workforce through justice‑informed hiring and industry‑recognized training.

Following our initial meeting at the Department of Corrections, this session brings Justice Assistance to share how they support returning citizens and partner with employers through job readiness training, transportation assistance, case management, and ongoing hiring support.

We will also highlight the National Restaurant Association’s hospitality and culinary curriculum that participants will be earning—providing nationally recognized skills that prepare them for immediate employment.

Robert Bailey, Client Services Manager at Justice Assistance, will present the services available to employers and offer practical insight into how justice‑informed hiring can strengthen your workforce.
