Virtual-Link will be sent upon registration
Event Details
Join us for a powerful and practical conversation on expanding Rhode Island’s hospitality workforce through justice-informed hiring practices. This session is a direct follow-up to our recent meeting at the Department of Corrections (DOC), where we began exploring how employers can support reentry candidates and strengthen their talent pipelines.
Now, we’re bringing Justice Assistance to the table. a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the workforce. Justice Assistance offers a range of employer-focused services including job readiness training, transportation support, case management, and guidance on how to successfully hire and retain reentry candidates.
Robert Bailey, Client Services Manager and a leading voice in workforce reentry and community reintegration, will present on the services available to employers and share insights on how justice-informed hiring can benefit both businesses and communities.
Whether you attended the DOC meeting or are just learning about this initiative, we invite you to join this important conversation and discover how your organization can be part of a more inclusive and resilient hospitality workforce.
