I learned many different skills from the hotel boot camp run by the RIHA. Nichole Jorel has an extensive knowledge of the hotel industry. I graduated from the boot camp feeling confident in the following specific areas: Front Desk Operations, Housekeeping Operations, Food & Beverage Operations (Restaurant and Banquets Server) and resume writing/interview skills.

Nichole taught using a hands-on experienceand easy to follow curriculum. As a result of the hotel boot camp I was offered a position at the hotel I did my work experience at. I can't thank Nichole and RIHA enough.
