Job Description:
WCC is looking for full-time and/or part-time waitstaff and bartenders who can work weekday and weekend shifts for upcoming 2021 season. Employees must provide members and their guests with prompt, friendly and attentive service. Customer service experience is preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate. Must work positively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time. Ability to work effectively as a team member and assist others to ensure member satisfaction. Ability to be flexible in scheduling is a plus! Ideal candidate will be goal oriented, a team player, self-motivated, dependable, and have an eye for detail and quality. Private club experience preferred. Knowledge of JONAS system a plus.
