Job Description


*At least five years of hotel management experience.

*Strong customer service skills

*Excellent communication skills

*Familiar with QUORE, Property Management Service (PMS), and MERLIN preferred.

*Equivalent education and work experience.
*Direct all operational functions of the hotel including room rental, reservation services, safety and environmental, housekeeping services, laundry operations, guest relations, and security.

*Manages front desk responsibilities including reservations, check-in and check-out, and monitors guest trends utilizing Quore.

*Reviews monthly financial statements with the Director of Finance insuring hotel profitability.

*Builds a high performing teams training personnel in Guest Services, Housekeeping, Front Office and Maintenance Departments.

*Schedules personnel on a 24/7 operation including weekends and holidays.

*Supervises finance functions such as accounts receivable, guest transactions, deposits, internal reporting, inventory, invoicing, and reconciliations.

*Utilizes Property Management System (PMS) ensuring high level of presentation in all areas within the hotel.
